I rang Paul, described my door and that I thought it was a snapped cable. He identified that it was an old Garador Mark 3 and gave me a price to replace both cables over the phone. I agreed that price and he came over, stripped down the door, replaced both cables and carried out some other maintenance work. He was happy for me to watch and learn and gave me lots of tips. A fantastic job at a decent price and superb service from Paul.

One of my cables on the garage door snapped, I found Paul online and called him. He is extremely knowledgeable and even knew the make of my door from the description I gave him. He gave me a rough price there and then and arrived when he said he would. A brilliant job done. My garage door is working better then it did when it was first installed. Paul also gave me some useful tips on maintenance and security advice. Would highly recommend. Thank you Paul.

The tension wires on my garage door had started to fray and allowed the door to drop one one side. I looked on the web for quotes and most wanted to charge a call out fee then they would provide a quote. I contacted Paul who rang back within the hour and gave me an instant quote and no call out fee. Paul arrived as arranged and was polite pleasant and very friendly. He carried out a very thorough inspection and changed the wires and made sure I was happy with the repair before he left. The garage door is repaired and was maintained to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone. Great service Paul.

Paul came over to have a look at my garage door after it seemed to loose tension. Paul looked at the door and quickly spotted the issue. He was clear about the work required to resolve the issue and also gave me options to future proof the longevity of the door. Paul was very knowledgeable and to be frank a thoroughly nice chap. Within an hour he had got my door back up and running given me some advice to improve security and keep the door running smoothly, I can't recommended him highly enough ?

Called Paul at 11.15 am and my garage door was repaired by 1.30pm! Absolutely first class service by a smashing bloke who knows his stuff on garage doors.
As others elude to, Paul gives good advice on any aspect of door maintenance and doesn't try to sell you a new one fro the sake of it.
This kind of service is hard to come by these days.
Feel like I've got a new garage door for what was a very reasonable repair price.
Can highly recommend.
