We have a 1960’s bungalow that always felt cold and damp and discovered that the cavity wall insulation was the poorly filled woollen fibre type. Looking for a local Dorset-based business that came with good reviews we came across Arrow that provided both the extraction and fill service we needed. Matthew first came out to survey the cavities and was very thorough and helpful in explaining the situation and what Arrow could do to help, and swiftly followed up with a quote for the works. No pressurised selling. Carly in the office was really helpful in arranging the works that would take place over two days, with the extraction team having to go about their business on a day when it poured with rain all day. How they stayed smiling and cheerful all day was beyond me. The cavity fill team the next day were as professional as the team before and left our property clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Arrow and our property now feels warmer and drier as a consequence of their hard work.
Did a good quick job and helped me do some prep as I didn't have much notice as they offered me a next day cancellation. Had a few leaks of polystyrene balls but we got it sorted! Holes were plugged pretty well.

These guys could not have made the process any easier ! From the initial enquiry they were swift to respond and extremely professional and helpful throughout. The extraction and insulation team were punctual , very respectful and left the site clean and tidy.

Arrow have been totally professional from start to finish of the process. Scott provided an in-depth and clearly understood, value for money quote. He arranged a timescale to fit in with our availability. The scaffolders were quick to install making a safe and tidy installation and have advised the date of removal too. Rob the electrician was friendly and professional working in a clean and tidy manner showing respect to our home at all times. All components are of high quality and installed in a neat and tidy manner very pleasing to the eye.The Solar panel fitting team also carried out the installation in good time and in a tidy manner. Both Scott and Rob have supported us with the workings of the apps and advice for the future tariff choice which will provide us with the best returns from the grid payments. All in all an excellent service which I would be happy to recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Arrow insulation are very very good at what they do. They are nice to deal with, very resonably priced, knowledgable and the guys (Shaun and Dan) on site were aslo super nice and did more work than they were contracted to. (They fixed my roof as they had long ladders).
We need more businesses as good as Arrow Insulation!

The whole Arrow team were professional and efficient from the initial contact, the site survey and installation.
The survey team were quick to come out and explained everything in detail with no pressure to continue.
The installation team of Sean and Lee were very professional, tidy and efficient. Once the job was complete, you couldn't tell they had been.
Highly recommended for anyone requiring cavity wall insulation.

Arrow have been nothing but perfect throughout the process. The extraction team (old insulation removal) where fast, efficient & tidy. The guys that came to install the bead insulation Sean & Lee arrived on time, informed me of the work scope, gave me a detailed explanation of how the job went & left the walls in a perfect condition for the rendering team to complete their task. First class service from a very professional company.
