We recently contacted Gary over the Christmas period, as we had moved home and come across what we thought was a minor fault with our new electric gates. Gary was extremely responsive and visited early New Years Eve and got his quote straight over to us after. Compared to other organisations who we had just left VM too.
Gary has just recently finished and we are extremely impressed with the results! The system was a mess which meant more work for Gary but he managed it within the timeframe he had agreed. Overall Gary is extremely tenacious and personable and was patient enough to answer all my 101 questions making sure I understood what work had been carried out and how it all operated. We are really pleased with the results and would highly recommend Gary and his team to anyone who requires a service or repairs on electric gates.

Our electric gate was installed by Gary of Assured Gate Services a year ago and it has worked perfectly ever since, except for me damaging one of the photocells! We contacted Gary to ask for help replacing it and this has been done with the minimum of fuss. It's good to know that you can still find firms that provide excellant customer service and who are happy to make time for the little jobs.
