APS supplied and fitted a swimming pool cover for us, together with a telescopic reel and castors. They encountered some difficulty with fitting that took several weeks to resolve but overall the service was very good and we are delighted with the result.

Drove to the shop on a Saturday and it was closed despite saying it was open online. Followed up with an email and got a reply asking my availability for a home visit. Replied with a date and never heard anything back. My partner then stopped in this week to chase it up and got told someone would contact us as the person we needed to speak to was in a meeting. Again, not heard anything back.

I bought an Inteex purspa in Juneof 2017 thinkiing I was supporting a Local Business. When, after only six months the filter hose completely perished I had to go to the UK customer service who were doing a stock take. It took two weeks to get the little hoses and then come to find that if I fit them myself I invalidate my warranty. Despite the website saying they are open they are not. I have now had to wait three weeks. So much for buying local.
