Purchased 2 windbreaks only sent 1 had to chase the 2nd one. Was told oh sorry did no one call you. 2nd one arrived.. faulty. Sent photos. No one got back. Chased again. We cannot refund or replace it is a manufacturing defect, the claim gas to be done under warranty. No time scales. We cannot refund or replace because you opened the packaging. Awful customer service.

Purchased an awning which had pole attachment missing. Company tried to blame me and then their supplier as they said that they are just the middle man and awning goes straight from the supplier. Eventually got back to me after review and paid for repair - thanks google ?

Plenty of awnings on display although most are caravan awnings, not driveaway van awnings. We already knew what we wanted though so placed an order for one, which we were told would be delivered to our home by Wednesday (3 days) which is excellent ?

Visited today , excellent customer service by Luke . Wasn’t sure which awning we needed to fit our caravan and also best one to suit our needs. Left with a Vango air awning after some helpful advice from Luke. Can’t wait to try it out.

We had an awning in mind as Glossop have a very good range so we travelled over. The friendly gate house man pointed us to the awning building and the toilets and coffee lounge. Met Luke who advised us of 3 awnings in our price range. He got our favorite sent over and erected it for us to see. He didnt have to do that Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks everyone got a great awning at a great price

Fair selection of various brands of awnings on display. We were looking for a Dometic, and there were one or two examples. However, we didn't come across anyone who looked as though they wanted to advise us. The one salesperson we noticed appeared to be on a long phone call. An impressive venue, but we felt underwhelmed and came away none the wiser.
