Really happy with the service and product I purchased x5 8ft fence posts turned up on time with no damages the lad who dropped them off was very polite and friendly and instead of just unloading and putting them anyway he helped me take then through to the back garden definitely will be using them again

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Concrete Cast. I placed an order with the promise of next-day delivery. My husband even confirmed the delivery time the night before at 10 AM. Based on this assurance, I took time off work to be available to receive the order. Unfortunately, the delivery did not go as planned. The delivery window came and went without any sign of the delivery team. Repeated attempts to contact the company were initially unanswered. When I finally got through, I was informed that there had been a van breakdown, but they failed to notify me in advance, which they admitted was an oversight. The representative assured me they would arrive later the same day and would confirm shortly, but again, communication was poor, and follow-ups were delayed. The promised updates were sporadic, and the commitment to arrive by 4 PM was also not honored. Again, I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the new delivery time, but they never showed up, nor did they bother to inform or apologize for the inconvenience caused. This experience has been not only frustrating but costly. I rented tools for the weekend to install a gate, assuming I would have the materials in time. Unfortunately, due to Concrete Cast's failure to deliver, I was unable to proceed with my project. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service offered by Concrete Cast. Their inability to communicate effectively and adhere to their commitments has resulted in a direct financial loss and wasted time for me. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

I had gravel boards delivered . Cash on delivery. 4 gravel boards were defective and 2 broken on delivery. We started to fit them & realised they were shorter I called & spoke to the owner they have now stopped replying to my calls & txts.!!Extremely unprofessional! the next day but two days since and not answering phone calls or messages now.!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE DODGY PEOPLE!!!!.

Fantastic service was provided by Concrete Cast UK today. I placed an order this morning and the delivery arrived bang on time as they stated. The same day!!! Quality products with a superb service. They helped with unloading and placing my delivery in situ, which to be fair was a little awkward for them, as it was at the back of my property, but they were more than willing to help where they could.
