While SSEN (our regional electrical distribution company) where difficult to deal with for a service alternation. As soon as they passed over (sub-contracted) our job to Connect IT, things started moving far quicker. Excellent customer service from Tony. Many thanks!

This lorry HN70TXE parked Friday evening which stops me safely getting into my garage late Friday night in the rain. .Tried phoning company to get it moved 9am Saturday morning only on answerphone. This is very inconsiderate and not in keeping with their PR messages on website supporting the community and I note other complaints/reviews re how the company vehicles are parked.

The only time we used this company .
Was after one on their drivers hit our garden fence with their large vehicle.
We notified the company about it.
And they agreed to replace our damaged fence and put it right.
Took a few weeks before they did it.
But the lady in the office was very helpful and chased things up.
And yesterday the work was done by a very nice efficient man. Who we must say did a good job .so felt because they put things right 4 stars deserved

I don't know much about the company but they keep parking their large vehicles in front of our house from 2pm Friday to Monday morning disrupting my ability to have my disabled mother come over and other neighbours being able to park their cars next to where they live.
The driver is able to park it where they live (Grove place) because they have plenty of multiple parking spaces around them & his own double driveway. Maybe your drivers should have some consideration for the local community they work in?
