I have used Brooks Bros for the last 6 years and always received a great service. Always happy to help from small orders to larger ones. I would particularly recommend speaking to Mark or Steve in relation to Hardwoods and sheet materials as they are very efficient and knowledgable.
Placed a small order for collection and Steve on Sales was fantastic. Arrived on site to collect (the place is huge) and everyone I dealt with were extremely helpful. Big thanks to the forklift driver!

What an absolute shambles of an operation. Ordered lots of hardwood in May. Firstly oak was delivered when it should have been ash. Sent out a replacement which was late by a day. On a totally different order we specifically ordered minimum lengths of 2850 and was sent 2700 long. Although the m3 had been confirmed in an email at around £2150 per m2 i subsequently found out after i had paid the total that in fact a "lump sum" price had been charged at £2400. Moving on to the incorrect length of oak, this was collected and correct length of stock sent out, which i paid for and was told the collected stock would be credited.
After about a million emails and banging my head against a brick wall a few times, i finally spoke to someone in September who almost convinced me had the motivation to sort my refund out. Sadly it was not to be and now its November i am compelled to write this disappointing review.
And if you have the sorry misfortune to deal with Colin, good luck to you ...... i would personally find a local supplier. It will save you time in the long run. And the fact i have to leave 1 x star adds insult to injury

Over the last 10 years running a bespoke kitchen company I have used various timber suppliers but for the past 6 or so years I have used Brooks exclusively. They offer the best balance of quality, value and service in the industry. I honestly can not fault them.

A Brooks Bros lorry almost ran me over by swerving into a cycle lane. I contacted the company about the standards of their drivers but they didn't respond. If this is their attitude I would not recommend doing business with them.
