These guys did good job today. I have some rubbish left, but it was really a lot and they are coming back tomorrow for the rest. I am happy with All Junk Removal !

Inconsistent service, use several subcontractors who arrive in unmarked vehicles. Quote less to get the job as someone else has also mentioned and then hike up price when they arrive. Don’t always quote same day or collect same day as advertised. Basically it’s hit and miss with this company. On a good day quote and collect, polite, competitive price, on a bad day impatient, overpriced and too busy to help.

They were not upfront about their pricing saying they'll tell me when they see the load in their van. When I pushed a little on the phone before, Stan told me it would be max £300 for a full load - £150 for a half load up to 500kgs. They charged me £350 for about an 80% load.
They did arrive on time and were otherwise ok, but the charging process felt dishonest and like being ripped off.
