I ordered the Victorian Ceiling CP6, or in my case, on a wall. The service was excellent, and customer support was 1st class. Very good selection of mouldings to choose from. I will back for more when I start my next room.

These people are plaster master craftsmen. They produced a mould from a plaster corbel I had with the most intricate detail and produced 18 corbels at my request that in effect were better than the original. Outstanding work!
They are also honest and very personable.

UK Plaster fantastically helped our small block to replace 4 matching plaster wall in small block sconces which had never previously been attempted by property agents or residents. I managed to safely disconnect a single wall sconce, pack and send by post. Sometime later we were sent the reproductions and some spare matching plaster and the results are now installed! ?. See photos!

We asked Graham to come out and look at replacing some of our missing 1930’s coving and I have to say I am amazed with the work he has done. The new moulds match the original perfectly and look far better than I ever imagined. Brilliant service all round. Thankyou!!

Had a small area of broken coving, and a lot of cracks in my existing coving. Quote for coving matching and replacement of the small broken area was more than double what UK Plaster were able to offer for a repair, and the job looks brilliant! You honestly couldn't tell there had been any damage at all. Graham is fantastic and would highly recommend them for any coving or cornice repair work.

Used UK plaster to match a coving after building a false chimney breast. They had an exact match as a stock item. Prices seem extremely competitive compared to others online. Also arranged for them to fit the coving. Really pleased with the quality of fit, you would never know it was installed at a different time.

Found ceiling roses perfect in style for our refurbished dining room. Bought and installed a matching pair. Last year it was the turn of the drawing room for a makeover. Existing ceiling rose was too small for the new chandelier so we enlarged it by adding a plaster ring. Perfect result. Thank you UK Plaster.

A really mixed experience.
The Good - actually Brilliant - Peter the delivery driver - deserves a medal - he was amazing making sure we got our coving for builders despite being set a schedule that even a time traveller would have struggled with. Such a lovely lovely gentleman too - rang with updates as promised. Cannot say enough about how he goes above and beyond to address reputational damage caused by the appalling customer service from office. He deserves 5*
The good - quality of products was good and as described. Competitively priced. Easy to navigate website with lots of choice.
The bad - placed order and had confirmation of delivery within 7-10 days. Fantastic. Then problems started with trying to confirm delivery to ensure somebody in to receive it. Was told put on van for today but couldn’t guarantee today and if it wasn’t today it would maybe a week Fri. I then asked to speak to a manager and could hear some v unsavoury language and comments which were attributed to a “new young lad in office” for whom they didn’t have a name. Manager off site so I asked for said manager to ring at 1.15pm or 5.30pm as if I didn’t have order I would want a refund and to discuss comments I had heard - surely no company would want customers being spoken about in a way that is unacceptable and there were clear training needs wrt scheduling / responding to customer requests for updates etc. Suddenly I was being asked if the manager could ring me in a few mins if he were to be in the office. Bizarre!!! However I had a meeting so couldn’t. I was promised call at above times I didn’t receive promised call but tbh I didn’t think they would call. Customer service and feedback not something they seemingly value. Would I use the company again? No. I would though highly recommend Peter who ensured a happy outcome despite companies best attempts to derail our building work.
