Very professional company.
I contacted M & R Plumbing & Heating Ltd ,to give me a quote for installing a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler and 5 radiators. The owner Mick , came out to quote me, he explained everything about his company ,we both went round my property making notes of my requirements, he advised what boiler and radiators would best be suited for the size of my house.
I decided to have the Worcester Bosch 8000 Life 30, I was sent a quote later that evening which was very competitive. I agreed to have the work done, and 9 days later the installation team turned up (on time ) and carried out all the work over 2 days ,which included removing my 25 year old system boiler from the kitchen and installing the new combi boiler in my bathroom airing cupboard, the work they carried out was very neat and tidy, all floors were covered in protective mats and sheets.
The team were very polite and respectful and most importantly ,when they had finished the installation ,my property was left very clean and all waste was removed from site.
I am so impressed with how professional M&R Plumbing & Heating were, I have now asked them to carry out the annual gas safety inspections and boiler services on my rental properties.
If you are looking for a good ,honest ,genuine company I can highly recommend M&R Plumbing & Heating. They are a great team !!
I had a vist today from Michael Williams to diagnose and fix a radiator that would not warm up when all the other radiators were heating up. Michael diagnosed the problem and soon had all radiators working perfectly, I am so impressed with his knowledge and skill and I can definitely recommend. M & R Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

The girls in the office were very helpful. The team arrived on time, were very courteous and friendly. They carried out the work professionally and kept us informed at each stage. Very happy with the work and the new boiler! No hesitation in recommending this company.

I received a recommendation to use
M & R Plumbing last year to repair and service my Mother's boiler in Blackrod.
Thank goodness I was recommended them because since last year I have used them three times already including my own property.
Gary came out to fix Mums boiler, I had him service it as I wasn't sure when it had last been done, he had it back up and running in no time & out of courtesy he bled all of the radiators.
He came to service my own boiler last Nov and has been again this mng to change my timer clock.
On each occasion he has been warm friendly and very respectful of my property.
Thanks again Gary, amazing 5 ? customer service, you are a credit to the company.
Also a big 'shout out' to Mick the owner, sorry Mick but you too are overdue a 5 ? review for when you came to fix my very leaky boiler one Sunday mng when it had me very stressed ?
Amazing knowledge by both engineers, I would recommend this company every time.

Superb service from M & R, with particular thanks to Mick, Wesley and the lads who accompanied them. First class job in replacing our central heating boiler, and rectifying our spaghetti junction wiring for our heating system which was a challenge in itself.
The lads were friendly and respectful of the property and made the work areas spotlessly clean when they finished. We would highly recommend this company.
Thanks again for the works undertaken, with the process from the initial quote to completion being well managed throughout.

5 star service from call out to completion. Wayne and his team installed a new boiler at my property. They were fast, efficient and tidy as they worked. Thoroughly tested and retested the appliance fitted and took all rubbish and old appliance away with them. Very pleased with the results and would recommend M and R

10/10. After an emergency call out today, I wouldn’t use anyone else if needed again in the future.
This was the only company who could get here within a few hours of calling at 8am for an emergency. The upstairs leak was spotted right away and was fixed in the hour.
I was stressed as the ceiling was about to go but the guys reassured me everything was now okay, what to do next and to just call if I have any more issues.
The office kept us informed of when to expect them and we got a text when they were on their way too.
The emergency call out was extremely fairly priced which is always a bonus when something unexpected happens. We will always have this companies details to hand for the future, thanks so much.

Had a difficult kitchen tap that had come loose etc, Michael and Ross (I think their names were) were perfect today! (15/05/2024)
The let us know when they were on their way so we knew when to be home, and In under 40 minutes they had arrived, assessed the problem, retrieved a new tap (a much nicer one as well) and installed it without issue!
Customer service was perfect and both staff were really well mannered. This is the third plumbing/fixture issue we’ve found that this company has dealt with at our home and we couldn’t recommend them more!

I recently had Mick and Conor from M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd replace an old boiler with a new one. They did a fantastic job, completing the work on time and with great professionalism. They were very neat and tidy throughout the process, and I was impressed with how efficiently they got the job done. Highly recommend their services!
