Amazing quality and design ! My curtains look fabulous and very luxurious
We are very unhappy with our order.
Your T&Cs state that all curtains are made to 100% (double width) fullness and for eyelets between 75-80% fullness.
We ordered 4 sets of 120W-330L eyelet. This should have given us a total width of between 210-216cm per pair. [120cm + 75%(90cm)]
The curtains received are a total width of 180cm per pair.
We ordered with you before and we were very happy with the product so we decided to order again.
This time we have been let down as the curtains are between 30-36 cm less wide and it does not cover the entire window when closed.
When calling your customer service line I was told that you measure this differently and no further solution would be offered.
Your T&Cs are extremely misleading and I am so disappointed in the lack of resolution and care for a good customer outcome.

Called with the intention of making a purchase. There was only one person present and he was on the phone.
We waited approximately 10 minutes, he didn't have the courtesy to acknowledge our presence IE : sorry I'll be with you shortly , please take a seat. Just continued with the call.
As a result we left, called at Dunelm and purchased ( ordered) curtains to the value of £900.

There is an amazing selection of colours to chose from. The samples arrive very quickly from when ordered. We've ordered both blinds and curtains, we've never had problem with the size. The quality is fantastic, they hang well and we always get compliments about them.

I ordered from 24/7 Curtains as they offered the most competitive price for the massive curtains I needed.
I used their free sample service and found the right fabric in my price range.
Shortly after placing the order I was contacted and told they didn't have enough stock of my chosen fabric. It's not that surprising as I needed 5m wide and 2.7m drop curtains!!
The service Vicqui provided in resolving this was absolutely excellent.
She arranged for the super speedy delivery for more samples and once I chose a fabric I liked she got the best price for me.
She sorted out delivery of my revised order as soon as possible. Vicqui is a credit to the company and did a brilliant job. She communicated promptly via email and phone so I was well informed at all times.
Then my curtains arrived and .... they're stunning!! Beautiful soft fabric, stunning colour and beautifully made. I am so pleased with the end product and the service.
Brilliant quality and the best price and made in the UK.
