This company is claiming insolvency and opening under another company name. They have taken £20,000 for ASHP Airsource heat pumps that they have never delivered and now claim insolvency. Please beware - this company and those directly implicated have now opened a new company - they are not to be trusted and still have not refunded any money and claim bankruptcy. We are a family business and deeply distressed from this horrible experience. How are they still operating and taking people’s money?

Would reccomend this business to anyone who is after good product knowledge and greater customer services. Before ordering the pool heater I eventually ordered I thought I'd email in as was bit shocked with price they were offering the item it was almost £500 less then anywhere else. So I thought I'd make contact to see if they replied ect then got on phone and I must say they are very helpful and got everything I needed. Even sent me adaptors so I could use my existing hoses to connect to the heater. Must say thank you to Tim he helped me from start to finish. Thank you.

This company maintain a pool and pump room at a building i look after, Their reports are thorough and professional and any issues with the pool are quickly resolved. - for the length of their tenure here we have never had any problems with the quality of their service.

I always like to work to tight timelines and we had a date in mind almost 10 weeks from when I agreed. Just bought an Electro Nano Splasher heater from Concept Pools for our above ground kids pool, well if you've been trying to get one of these gadgets you will know they are rarer than unicorns this year! Not only did I manage to buy one at an amazing price (more than £100 cheaper than some other retailers) but had the most outstanding customer service from Lauren, she honestly could not have been more helpful, so rare these days, I don't usually bother leaving reviews but would not hesitate to recommend this company!
