I recently needed the service of B&G Gates and I have to say I am fully happy with the service that I have received. The reason why I gave them 5 star is because they were very quick to response, I received a quote on the day I made the enquiry and was shown samples of different gates that I can choose from. For me what stood out the most is the customer service that I received from Simon. He listened to me and took into consideration of my circumstance and for that I am grateful. It is hard to find honest and sincere people who actually listens to their customer. Their gates are value for money and of high quality, once it was up I felt much safer indeed. I opted for the standard gate with a letter box. The gold finish of the letter box makes the gated stand out.
I would definitely recommend B&G Gates to others on their values, their professionalism and efficiency.
I needed security as I didn’t feel safe in my home. Thankfully a neighbour told me about them and they came quick to my house. Very professional service. The gates are nice and also secure. I feel very happy

Great service ordered a gate on tuesday it was fitted thursday by a very nice gentleman called simon. They were very quick and efficient. Great value for money. Thanks so much!

I contacted B&G Gates yesterday regarding a security gate and they came to check on the same day and gave a free no obligation quote . I got the security gate installed today and I am really happy with the service. The service was on time , professional and affordable. Thank you so much B&G gates for your great help. I will surely recommend you .

I contacted B&G Gates on the 29th of September to have a gate lock replaced. We booked an appointment for the following Saturday the 7th of October to have it done. They had some problems with the van so I agreed to have it done on Sunday the 8th. He comes in the morning with a lock that wasn't new and wasn't working so he asked me if he could come back the next weekend and I agreed to it, so he should have come back on the 15th as I couldn't do it on Saturday the 14th. 15th in the morning no one comes so I texted him to ask if he was coming to do the job but I didn't have any reply at all and never heard from him again. Just wasted 2 weeks of my time waiting for nothing. Very bad professionalism.
