Cascade installed our 5m x 12m outdoor swimming pool earlier this year. The process was seamless with Lynne coming out to do a site visit and advising us on the options, processes and providing some sketches for us to submit with our planning application. Lynne also assisted us in dealing with the questions raised by the council’s planning department, always coming back to me within a matter of hours. Lynne was able to get our swimming pool installation done within the timeframe she had given, in fact slightly earlier. The construction process was explained to us very clearly and we were kept advised of each stage as it happened. Garry & Owen handled the majority of the construction process and were wonderful to deal with. Two lovely guys who were always extremely friendly and clearly enjoying their work whatever the weather. They would always let me know when they would be here and would always be here when they said they would. Garry is clearly a swimming pool construction veteran and we felt like we were being given excellent advice and were in very safe hands. Our pool has been up and running for a few months now and everything has been working perfectly. We had a couple of questions for Garry and Lynne following the commissioning of the pool and they’ve been very quick to get back to us with advice on cleaning processes etc. If I was in the market for another pool I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cascade and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Lynne and Garry and team worked hard through cold, wet winter months to install our beautiful new pool. We're so pleased with it. They were professional, positive, friendly and value for money. I would highly recommend.

I visited this company while looking for a new company to maintain my pool. I asked for a quote and Lily was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning and I will not purchasing services from this company. Do not recommend! (Also - as you can see from their response to my review and many other people’s reviews, they are incapable of receiving criticism and act unprofessionally as a result.)

What a fantastic company, old-school service and super professional. Gary and his team work long hours, are considerate and gave us great advice. Lynn was clear, concise and again, great advice right from the start and nice people to deal with. Very happy with my pool and would highly recommend them! James
