I paid for their services in advance I called and left 3 messages for someone to call back 6 weeks later no phone call so have had to cancel their services and employ another building inspector that returns calls. It is very disappointing as they were recommended and local. Don not use.
Ran a complex project in preston and Dan was super helpful throughout. Super service, glad I went with them.

Excellent company to use. The staff are extremely attentive and were super quick to respond to my project enquiry. The team are clearly very knowledgeable, competent and supportive from admin to surveyors. Special thanks to Amiee, Dan and James. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Spoke to one surveyor who was great, but the admin person is a nightmare. Raced ahead with our project before we had formally signed up and then very difficult on the phone when you try to explain things.

Useless Do not use
Take ages to respond. Asked us to take photos as ongoing to save them visits. Then at end asked for structural calcs when we had already agreed on not needed. Initial notice states new build when it was renovation works. Email concerning size of steel gives a size that is not manufactured. Arrogant and dismissive on the phone. Keep away. .
