We recently asked Neil to help with repairs to our AEG dishwasher and Smeg oven. He is responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The oven was quickly repaired with new parts. The dishwasher was unfortunately beyond economic repair, but Neil helped us pick a new machine that suited us and installed it too. He is our go-to and we would highly recommend him for appliance repairs and fitting.

We contacted Neil when our Samsung machine broke down, it was unfortunately not repairable but he has advised us well and found us a really good replacement machine which he has fitted, tested, and taken away the old one. Neil was super helpful, very knowledgeable, professional and tidy. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and that is a great thing to see, we are delighted with our new washer and to have found such a competent and reliable contractor.
