I applied for a customer service position here, did two lengthy questionnaires, went to the interview, followed up by phone, then email- only to discover my interviewer was ghosting me. Can you imagine? I have never even heard of such a thing. All smiles during the interview, chit chat, questions about myself, why I wanted the job, my commute, my hobbies and so forth. Not given the chance to ask my own questions; I was early, but the interviewer had showed up nearly 15 minutes late. He ended by saying he had other interviews, and I would know by a week from then: nothing. I messaged the following week- nothing. 3 days passed, ant then I called, asking for a little professional courtesy. Obviously, the job had been awarded to someone else, but I deserved basic respect. I received a message before close of business saying my qualifications didn’t match the role- the same qualifications that had landed me the interview. The interviewer had, in fact, mentioned during our meeting that my skill set would make me good at the more technical aspects of the job, which weren’t included in the job description. I messaged back, pointing out how rude this was: nothing. As a potential customer myself, I wonder how this suggests they do business? Despite whatever excuse might follow, and with all due respect to small businesses- I got ghosted by a bathroom fixture company. Classy.

Paid near £100 for a bathroom mixer tap with 10 years warranty from Bathroom House Amazon during covid period, the item arrived with the handle assembled wrong way round (later video shows it is caused by a tap internal part assembled in wrong direction), after 2 years occasionally use, hot water tap build up a problem. Since there are 2 problems, so I asked them to fix it under 10 years warranty, as it is clearly a manufacturer faulty. I was given a video and asked me to dis-assemble and assemble the tap myself to fix it. The company is expecting the customer to be a plumber, engineer and work for them to fix the manufacturer issues. The tap mixer completely makes the bath feature not usable, fortunately we have an en suite as an alternative. You will waste money 3 times: buying the part, installing and removing. The quality is bad and 10 years warranty is a joke. Avoid at any cost. I would give 0 star if I can.

Ordered Bailey deck mounted taps and shower mixer. Although part missing, spoke with Millie who sent a follow up email, as promised, within minutes. Impressive! Issue being looked into and hopefully will be resolved soon. Item looks good. Good quality parts

Awful dishonest company avoid and go elsewhere! Check all other reviews regarding a refund we all say the same thing about this company.. BEWARE!!! Bought a shower support bar. I ordered the wrong one plus the quality was not great either, raised a return in February and only got a response today (28th may) saying return request denied. Tried saying I have attempted fitting the item which wasn't possible as the new shower hadn't even been installed when i recieved the item and that the orginal outter packaging was damaged. Obviously yhr outer packaging would be damaged as you would need to open it to see what's inside!! It is like they would do anything to not offer a refund. Further more they have kept the item and said I can collect it from their warehouse or can pay again for them to post thr item back! Absolute joke. I am not the first to experience this as seen on other reviews same tactics used, get blamed for damaging the item so they don't refund. Would not use this company

Don't use this company, customer services very very bad. If you have to return a product think of it as you lost your money. Response will take long time and in the end they will say you damage the product therefore refund will not be offered. I will not even give one start for this company, and don't believe any reply from the company if they care to send one.

Superb customer experience. Staff really took their time to help us plan our bathroom and show us different alternatives. We had an upgraded replacement when one of the items ordered became unavailable. An issue with an item damaged during delivery was dealt with instantly and a replacement provided. The personal service and follow up to check that everything was ok was really appreciated. Honestly couldn't recommend this company high enough and would not think twice about using their services again. We also had great help regarding flooring, with staff laying out several colours/designs for us, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, we have now got an amazing bathroom for a fraction of the cost elsewhere.

My builder fitted the 1200 x 1950 Hudson Reed shower screen yesterday. He couldn’t believe the super quality and the brilliant price. Not finished siliconing yet but he was raving about it…..plus the delivery driver brought it in to the house no effort!

Refurbished our en-suite so ordered a diverter, shower head and hand unit. Order process was simple and delivery process was prompt and efficient. All have now been installed and are working perfectly.
