Leigh was very thorough in his work. He explained clearly and carefully how whe was going to repair my washing machine. He even offered good advice on looking after my washing machine afterwards. A very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable person. I thoroughly recommend his service.
What a guy! So helpful, knowledge, kind, fair and cheaper than everyone else too. The repairs were spot on and he saved me more than £200. Incredible and brilliant. I am just amazed at his general excellence and low costs.

Wow... I'm super impressed. Leigh came over and literally within few minutes exchanged broken part and washing machine works again. Carlo congrats for having such a professional engineer. If I can leave some positive review somewhere or do anything else I'm more then happy! :)

I have used Leigh twice now, very honest and gives good advice as to whether it’s worth repairing or best to replace. Also recommended best brands to purchase. Highly recommend.

Leigh was so helpful. As other customers have said below, not only did he diagnose and fix the problem quickly and thoroughly, he is such a friendly, helpful guy. He offered me advice over the phone and then came out as soon as he could the next day to get it fixed! Would absolutely recommend.

Leigh came out within an hour of me phoning him to look at the washing machine. Thorough review done and explained why we were having the issues and best course of action.

I would recommend Leigh always to anyone needing help with their machine. He gives clear, concise and helpful advice and was able to diagnose issues very quickly and correctly.
