It said that how a person drives is a good way to know their character. Having seen what I've seen I wouldn't want to be a customer of their company. It was scary to be a cyclist on a rainy day with this van behind me pushing, the kind of thing that can cause an accident.

Mark and his team have made an incredible work, removing the build-up paint on the cornices and rose of the living room. The result is stunning: the many details of our 100-year old cornices are back to life! They had been very reactive, in answering my request for quotation and they have arranged to accommodate our time constraint (start the work with a 1-week notice). They have been professional and flexible : as they experienced some delay on another job, they sent more craftsmen to our flat and the job was completed earlier than expected (only 5 working days, instead of 10 ) for a 24m long cornice and a 1m diameter rose. They have been dedicated to achieve the best results, answer questions and give advice. I strongly recommend London Plaster Craft!

We decided to refurbish our 120 year old cornices and ceiling roses as part of lounge redecoration but had no idea how so I dropped in on London Plastercraft who are local to me. Though not getting any business they were very helpful and gave me good advice especially about the stripping substances/how they work. When the decorators put this into practice the results were not as expected because the cornices and roses turned out to be not only covered with multi coats of paint but damaged as well. I contacted London Plastercraft again and they sent Andrew out to take a look. Andrew gave further advice but I was feeling less confident about results in the short time I had a available so asked what they could do. Well they couldn't have done more from setting out options (including renew which we decided), helped us select what we wanted, producing it, and, just 8 (Eight) days later, their smart young team installed it so enabling my decorators to maintain schedule. It looks fantastic, I couldn't be more pleased with the company, the team involved (especially Andrew) or the price.

Might just be the worst customer service I've experienced. Promised samples that were never delivered - made numerous calls to follow up and nobody returned them. When I did manage to get someone, the employee I spoke to was really rude and said I'd be better off ordering elsewhere!
