The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you

Although they didn't arrive on the original date, they let me know they couldn't make it by lunchtime. Electricians very pleasant and did a good job

Called out for an emergency decommission of a faulty old burglar alarm on a Sunday. Cyril came bang on the time estimated, was really friendly and did a quick, efficient job. Would certainly recommend

Cyryl is absolutely fantastic! He responded to our emergency promptly and was with us within an hour of our call. He was honest, professional and completed the work to a very high standard. There we no hidden charges and he was upfront regarding installation costs from the start. We would happily recommend him to any future customers.

I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all.
I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire).
He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose.
All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

The electrician came early a few hours after I called - Cyril was very professional but also friendly and sorted out the problem quickly. Cost was reasonable particularly given it was an emergency call out. Highly recommended

This electrician has cancelled on me twice and asked me to send money in advance of his arrival. I requested some assurance that they were who they said they were (they had asked me to contact them via text only) and they refused to give any details and cancelled the job at the last minute. I have lodged a complaint with the fraud protection office, but beware if you are contacting them online - seems like it might be a scam.
