I've worked with Blue Engineering on several projects in the past.
Now I've set up my own practice and have had Blue carry out SE service on one of my own domestic extension projects. I have been very pleased with their work and found them very responsive to my questions and to comments I had on their drawings and spec. The work was also turned round quickly and I found the drawings to be particularly clear and easy to read. Blue's approach to materials and C02 emissions is refreshing and having the carbon emissions for structure in your documentation is a great inclusion to have too.
I am looking forward to working with the team at Blue on future projects!
I was a first time customer of Blue Engineering after they were recommended by my builder. They produced the calculations quickly and professionally and dealt with follow up queries in a similar way. I also found them to be competitively priced

I have always been impressed with Blue Engineering – they have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and communication is great. Teamwork is hugely important to my role as a project coordinator / asset manager and I would pick Blue Engineering to be on my team!

I found Tomasso and James very responsive and easy to deal with throughout this process. Despite our project being in Wales, James and Tomasso were able to provide quick advice throughout, usually responding to queries within hours. This timely approach saved me a lot of stress and meant that there were no unnecessary delays from the engineering side. I had heard James speak on a podcast over a year ago, and when our initial engineer produced a plan that did not meet our brief, I contacted James to see if he could help. He assigned Tomasso to our case who redesigned our scheme, removed this unsightly column from the design, reduced the size of a number of the beams specified on the initial plan; all whilst taking into account a nearby public sewer and minimising the disruption to the garden.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Engineering / Re-structured and will certainly approach them for any more engineering work in the future.
