Scam company, overpriced parts. Charging £80 for toilet seats when you can get them for £30 at Screwfix also I used to work for a company at Masterfix which had an account at BMs. So I used to buy my parts from there and when I used to buy the parts under the account they used to double up the price cause they knew the company would not know how much were the parts full of scam this company and rip people off. I’ve also informed to Masterfix about it.
I ordered a Geberit system for the bathroom, but it arrived incomplete, missing the "Geberit Pre-Wall Universal Brackets for Duofix WC Frames." The owner claimed this was normal, even though the box was unopened. Additionally, one of the Frame Threaded Bolts was defective and wouldn't fit the toilet properly. When I raised this issue, the owner told me to contact Geberit directly and pay for the defective part myself. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer service. I will never buy anything from this store again.

Well over priced the parts are Chinese and you can not even take them back to him I would stay well away from this shop the man is a rip off bad went in to buy something I see on line for £30 he charge me £75 +vat well over priced and not even genuine parts i would not mind if it was real parts just be careful when you go in here he wants you money

Staff very nice. Very knowledgeable. Helped me out within seconds about a part I couldn’t find. Went above and beyond and will be using this shop again.

An Aladdin's cave, the shop front is ting and can easily be walked past, however, if you need anything including the kitchen sink these guys are great
