Useless, these guys don't even pretend to know customer service. Slow as you can get, lazy and rude. This store survives off engineers needing parts on the fly. They could thrive off it The only enjoyable part was the customers taking the mick and bantering about how poor this stores service is whilst you wait unbelievably long.

Always found Dan and the team to be super helpful and responsive whenever we have needed them. They often deliver kit to us next day or keep things aside on next to no notice for our team to collect. We always get great service from the team.

Do not go here if you are planning on buying materials to complete the job that day. You will have a long wait so bring a good book. Extremely under staffed.
