Waste of my time and fuel. Looked on the website to find a lamp bulb, was written they have it, and when în store the light bulb was not existent.
It’s all about the people!! And City Plumbing has got VIC. He is a rare gem and is super knowledgeable re plumbing matters. If you’re a plumbing pro and know exactly what you neeed, brilliant. But for the rest of us, Vic will spend the time to give you the right advice and go the extra mile. As long as Vic’s there, I’ll be buying at City Plumbing. While you’re there, be sure to ask him about Bhutan…

Brilliant service here the other day.
One end of a short, under sink, hot water tank inlet hose sheered off when swapping out the old tank for a new one. Nowhere had such a hose. City Plumbing removed the metal stiffener and plastic rim from the broken off section and put it back onto the remainder of the hose. It works a treat. I'd go back rather than anywhere else, every time.

George at city plumbing is lovely and an asset! Had a stressful context with a flooded bathroom, but both times I’ve been in to order and collect something and to return it (unfortunately the wrong product) everything was easy and a nice experience. I would definitely use them again and go in for any plumbing support.

I visited today and I must give a particular mention to Vic Shaw, he is an absolute super star. Always welcoming and goes beyond and above. Helped me try to resolve an issue with a Themostatic Valve. Vic, I truly want to say thank you once again, nice to know there are knowlegeable and throughly decent people still out there. A real credit and valuable asset to City Plumbing!!
