Suzanne did a wonderful job on the flat advising on redecorating colours, the design of the new kitchen etc she then chose all the rental furniture and accessories. Within the month we had an offer at very near full asking price and completed the sale four months later. If you’re serious about selling Suzanne can make it happen for you. Everyone else I know has had a terrible time trying to sell with properties taking over a year to sell and having to drop the price. She also had to travel outside of London to Wokingham which we did appreciate. Also her great patience in dealing with me during a very stressful time, everything would have been a million times worse without her steady hand on the tiller. I highly recommend desres

We have worked with DesRes on staging 5 apartments so far, and hope to work with Suzanne on more in the future! We rent apartments to Seniors and our brief was to make them look modern and fresh, not old fashioned and frumpy. DesRes pulled it off brilliantly, on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend.

I found Suzanne on the internet as she was near to my flat. My flat had been stagnating on the sales market but from start to finish she has been excellent in organising removal of my old furniture, staging and indeed I got an offer within few days of the new photos post-staging. She is transparent with her prices and very reliable. My only regret is that I did not use her years ago when I was trying to sell. I felt like a weight had been lifted when she took charge.

We came across Suzanne via Google search and we arranged to meet with both with her, as well as one other home staging company. It was clear from early on that Suzanne had a great eye for design and was gifted to know how to make our home best saleable. Although we were initially resistant to one or two of her design ideas, I am pleased that we listened to her guidance and we ended up implementing the vast majority of her suggestions. We opted to sell/dispose of larger furniture items and replace them with newly bought, more minimal items to generally help unclutter our apartment. This was a challenge since we have a toddler, with all the toys and bits of pieces that clutter up a typical flat. Suzanne helped us to prepare the flat for estate agent photos and showed us how to prepare the flat in advance of each showing. It felt like a lot of work at the time but we were meticulous about how we presented the property for viewing each time. We ended up selling above asking price, a great result in a falling market. Many thanks to Suzanne for all her help!

I am based in Switzerland and after 10 years of renting out my apartment, it needed a good upgrade, before putting it on the market. I contacted Suzanne and the process was immediately set in motion. She took care of everything from the initial site visit to recommendations to collecting quotations and instructing and overseeing the works necessary. We had a short time line and all was delivered on time and budget. Suzanne was super professional and most important to me reliable. I would highly recommend her to work with.
