Trish does a fantastic job of transforming an empty property into looking and feeling like a lived in and impressively furnished home. Trish does far more than just furnishing a property, she goes to great lengths with attention to detail – many pictures, mirrors, TV’s, books, framed photos, table place settings, flowers and plants etc etc. Trish fully understands what it takes to make a property appeal to potential buyers. I had a 4 bedroom house on the market for months without a sale but within 3 weeks of Trish and her team dressing the property had multiple offers. Home Staging London is reasonably priced anyway but their fee will be recouped several times over by achieving a higher sale price and a quicker sale. Highly recommended.

Trish did an outstanding job at staging our five bedroom London home ahead of its sale. She is a strong and transparent communicator (I was managing the sale from abroad and was kept up to date on the progress of the staging). She chose furniture that matched the Victorian style of the house and enhanced its special features. The turn around was quick and her prices are competitive. I highly recommend her.

She can transform a house into a home, with her creative ideas and attention to the little things that make the property really stand out. We used her to sell a rental property but I want to use her to come and do my actual house :) 10/10

Trish did an amazing job with my flat. It transformed the look and, as a result, I achieved a record price within the building for my flat. There is no doubt I got back more than I spent on the home staging. Trish provided a good value service, fitting out the flat for a reasonable price to achieve the desired effect - making it attractive to a buyer. It looked better than the actual cost of the items, and Trish was happy to sell the items to a buyer if they wanted to keep anything, dealt with the disposal of items that needed to be removed and arranged basic touch ups with her handyman. Most other designers just don't get home staging, trying to buy new items for the owner rather than realising this is just about selling the property, not about living in it. If you're trying to sell your property, I can 100% recommend having your place staged by Trish. You won't regret it when you see the results.
