I wasn't planning on writing a review (I don't generally write bad reviews) until I got an invoice sent to me for a visit that happened months earlier (one I paid for on the day), a visit that still raises my blood pressure. When I asked for a quote, I told them what was needed to be changed. So I was very surprised when the engineer came over without any tools, to look at things first, and then disappeared for over an hour to retrieve said tools (where he's left them I've no clue). When he came back, he started replacing the tap and the valves in the kitchen. Then he realised that he didn't have one of the components for the basin (which he didn't look for in his initial pointless assessment), so he left again for a while. And then he came back with the component and a coffee from Pret. I'll be honest. When I got the bill for £493 where at least 250 of those was spent on him NOT being at the flat, I got very angry. But when I got the invoice for this months after I paid for it... Don't recommend! Ever!

Poor communication. Plumber did not arrive at all, this was pre booked. When I chased, I was advised I would receive a call back but heard nothing. I had to arrange for another company to do the work. Who came today and fixed the problem.

We used these guys on our main home and a buy-to-let we have, the guys are super nice, and you definitely feel like you’re in competent hands, my partner also found them really professional, and she doesn’t say that about many of the people we have had round to help us on our refurb.
