Awesome service, really helpful. Came in with a problem on lock for a kids seat on a bike. Was out 10 minutes later all sorted. And really reasonably priced. Could not recommend more

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, fast, efficient - would recommend! I've had three recent experiences: 1 - I broke off a key in a lock, I popped down, they told me how to get it out myself without spending the call out fee 2 - I needed a new key for my e-bike, as the key snapped off in the lock (there is a theme here), they helped match up the key type and make a new one in about 15 minutes. 3 - I broke anothe key off in a lock, and got it stuck. I couldnt get it out myself, so they popped round and whacked a new lock in. Really, really helpful. Would recommend!

Very good communication & honest service. Looking for a copy of a holiday house key & the This store was recommended by another key cutter who was unable to duplicate it. I emailed after a friendly call. Didn't get a key cut by Callows in the end as my key is very unique shape hete in the UK & they didn't have the equipment to copy it, disappointing but not a surprise. Still satisfied with the service.

Friendly, responsive and conscientious. Arrived within 30 minutes of calling, got me in, thorough review of the issue and ended up not charging me as there was no fix, as the issue was not related to the lock. Fantastic service and very personable - highly recommended.
