Extremely happy with the Service I was provided from start to finish. My move entailed collections from 2 different properties in London, a packing service of antique goods, moving a grand piano and delivering to Liverpool. I have to say I was impressed at how the team worked out the logistics to move me quickly and cost effectively.
The staff arrived promptly and worked very efficiently, they were very helpful and polite. I felt as though everyone was willing to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in handling my worldly goods. Which all arrived in tact and without any damage whatsoever. I will definitely use these guys again and would also highly recommend them.
Pathetic service.. though we were promised that the shipment would be packed properly at their warehouse, we were shocked to see the good arrive in the same containers in which we had filled them in. Quite a lot of the fragile goods were either broken or chipped. Wouldn't recommend this moving company to anyone

The movers arrived on time, a bit earlier than expected, but they started moving everything into the truck as soon as they arrived and were very quick and efficient. ?
We were really happy with the service and finished the move earlier than we had anticipated. ?

Great service from start to finish. Easy and friendly video survey and the 2 guys who packed and moved for me could t have been better - good humoured, worked really hard and made the move as easy as could be. Thank you.

I could not have asked for a better service, and I would very highly recommend the Moving Home Company to anyone seeking to use a team of very experienced, customer focused, diligent, flexible and always courteous professionals.
From beginning to end my move was organised with all the care I or anyone could have wished for.
Thank you to Nazia, and all her colleagues in the Ops team and the removal teams at the Moving Home Company for the excellent service through and through!

I implore you, do not use this company.
I selected Moving Home Company after receiving 5 quotes, because they were £1,000 cheaper than the next cheapest offer. The service leading up to the actual removal was fine, plenty of phone contact, reassuring, knowledgable and the pick-up itself was fine, they sent two guys who were quick, careful and friendly. Around 3 months later, I had heard nothing and so emailed to find out when my items would arrive in the USA to be told they hadn't left the UK!! This was because they were waiting for the container to fill up before they put it on the ship. I had no idea my stuff wasn't on the way or that I was waiting for the container to fill before it was sent.
Following this, everything went very downhill. I received no proactive communication from Moving Home Company at any point and had to send them constant chasers to find out any updates. I was completely out of sight and out of mind. The story then changed and this time I was being told there were shipping delays as a result of covid (I relocated in August 2022 so there could be some truth to this but it's not what I was originally told). Eventually, after around 5 months and far too many chasers on my part, I asked that my case be escalated internally only to have a manager reach out and tell me exactly the same thing - shipping delays due to covid and nothing they could do.
The experience was so frustrating and painful and I felt like once I had paid my £2,000, I was completely forgotten. The complete lack of service was simply shocking.
My items arrived 7 MONTHS after I relocated.
If you want your items in a timely manner and if you want any kind of customer service, spend the extra money and go with a more expensive quote. You have been warned.

I had to move from Belgium to the UK in short notice. Moving Home Company has been wonderful from the start to the end. Their office staff has been responsive and proactive with excellent knowledge of customs procedures. The crew on the day of the move were polite, punctual and everything was packed with professionalism. I would definitely recommend MHC!
