We chose this company because they had high reviews but unfortunately the reality was far from being a 5-star service. We called them to carry out a chemical flush for our UFH and not only when the plumber left he left the boiler circuits open (which was increasing the pressure drastically!); we also ended up having a lot of air trapped in the system because of them and after multiple engineers came and assured the air was removed, the problems still persists. Do not trust them with your UFH!

Very good service…. It is rare these days to come across a company who is genuinely trying to help & support. They fixed one of our boilers and diagnosed the other one…. All in the one hour bracket allocated. We even had the option to buy the spare parts ourselves to bring down the bill. The gas engineer was extremely polite and such a nice guy. Same goes to customer service. Thank you!

Really happy with the services from Aren second time I’ve used them now and they always fix & add unexpected improvements, all for very good pricing and I’ve found them very quick & responsive and friendly staff. So would recommend First they fixed a pump to improve shower flow and put in new taps, a previous plumber was going to overcharge me on it as they were trying to say it was “impossible” but Aren sorted it quickly with ease and it’s been working great for the last 6 months Second they sorted out a nasty kitchen clog in an hour, my sink now drains better than ever and also nice addition my hot water tap finally works!

Top marks for Aren! Brian and Cameron attended and were great! They were fast, efficient, and punctual. They removed an ancient unused iron heating unit and two huge storage tanks, cutting away and safely removing the large heavy items. It was a tough and messy job, but Brian and Cameron were diligent, courteous, and clear on what they were doing throughout. They also did a great job tidying up as they worked. I contacted loads of local heating and plumbing companies, but Aren (via Nick) were the most responsive, competitive, and had the best ratings - very pleased with the result, and I'll definitely be using them again for future work.

Top job by Aren - booking them for a radiator upgrade was totally easy via WhatsApp, we got honest unbiased advice which gave us full confidence in the firm and discovered we could supply a few of the needed parts ourselves saving us money overall. ? The two gents who attended were cheerful, got on with the job, kept within the quoted time and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Couldn't have asked for anything more and absolutely will be using Aren again.
