The service provided was incredible.
I had heard about them from an acquaintance some time prior, so when I encountered an issue with my water temperature I called them immediately.
We were able to schedule their intervention with no problems, and they were very punctual. My issue was resolved fast and efficiently, everything works even better than before ! The plumber was also very friendly.
10/10, would definitely call them again.
Our boiler stopped working one evening in Feb which meant no hot water or heating... Turns out that it was installed in a very inexperienced / nonsensical way leading to several problems ... Ash was thankfully able to fix it, which involved a lot of calls to both the manufacturers and installation company - he even knocked off some of the price because of how long the calls / confusion added to the job. Couldn't appreciate it more

I used London City Plumbers because of their high ratings here, let me start with the fact that the engineer came promptly, was very friendly and provided a "short term" fix to the problem.
However, there are no follow up at all regarding the ACTUAL fix to the issue, while they have no problem following up chasing payments.
Along with the fact that they charged almost 4x what their competitor BOXT, thought I would get a premium service by paying a premium price. Would not use again
2 stars instead of 1 because of the friendly engineer and responsiveness to my initial call out

I cannot recommend Ash and his colleagues at City Plumbers enough. After a power cut this morning my boiler refused to start… potentially leaving me with no hot water until Tuesday! Ash was kind enough to carefully talk me step by step through the reset system on FaceTime in good faith, he was respectful, polite and to the point…
All he asked in return is a review. City Plumbers are now going to the top of my Little Black Book! Thank you.

Washer dryer was full of water and sink was not draining properly. I called at 8.30am. At 1030am Chris arrived and by noon the job was done perfectly. Ash called to collect payment over the phone and invoice was sent to my email. Fast, profess, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Ash was very communicative when arranging the call out and once the engineer, Chris, attended he was fast and friendly in his service. He encountered an obstacle when attempting to access the problem area but quickly came up with a solution and completed the job without disrupting my businesses ability to service our customers.

City Plumbers are fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again. The work was done to a high standard, with consideration around time, speed and cleanliness. We had a hot water cylinder installed and the engineers were first class from arrival through to delivery and completion. I can't recommend then highly enough. Very personable, and thoughtful. Not only did they complete the job well they ensured everything was working and was available to answer any post installation questions we had. Thank you so much to Ash and Chris. They really saved the day!

Can’t be happier with the service from. City Plumbers. I came home on a Friday evening to discover my boiler stopped working. Not a good time given freezing temperatures outside! Called a couple of plumber services promising ‘24/7 response etc’ only to be offered a visit on ‘Monday, maybe Saturday afternoon’. Not good enough. Called City Plumbers based on their rating and a what a breath of fresh air! Immediate response and two hours later the technician was at my house. This was 11:30pm or so. Ash was extremely professional with his communication. He made sure he got the right address and kept me up to date with the engineer’s movements. Problem was resolved that same evening. City Plumbers will be on my speed dial from now on!

City Plumbers we’re fantastic, Efficient and overall a brilliant company to use.
The guys came down to my house 10 minutes earlier than expected, they were very friendly and managed to fix my leaky pipe with great speed.
Will 100% be using this company again and cannot recommend them highly enough.
