Really grateful to Samuel who came quickly on a Saturday night when I couldn't turn my shower off, due to a broken control. Luckily he was able to turn it off so we could restore the water supply to the house. He gave me advice about what is needed to install a new control, work which I'll be happy to give him. Courteous and helpful throughout, and reasonably priced despite being a Saturday evening and attending as an emergency. Definitely recommended.
