We’ve used Ed twice now for a building survey. We like that it is more personal than using a large company and the survey has action points in each section which helps us work out what we need to do in the short/ long term. We also chatted on the phone afterwards which was helpful. Thank you.

As a first time buyer I needed a surveyor I could trust to guide me through the process. From the first interaction with Ed it was clear he offered this. In addition to producing the report, he phoned us on the day of the survey to discuss key findings, and after producing the report he offered a call to go through the findings. No question I had about the report was too small and happily answered my questions in detail. I would highly recommend.
