I had a hard deadline for the contract exchange and had to know if there were any major red flags as quickly as possible. Dan was the only surveyor who was available to do the Level 2 survey in the next 2-3 days (and not weeks as many), but also kindly agreed to give me a call after he finished to give me a quick overview. I'm very very grateful!!! Some days later he sent me a great detailed report.

Good value, prompt and professional RICS survey Dan is extremely professional and attentive. He arranged the inspection promptly after I confirmed the booking and called me after the inspection to give me a quick overview of the inspection followed by a very detailed report with lots of photos and descriptions within 3 days. When I called Dan to get further clarifications on the report, Dan answered all my questions in details. Truly satisfied with the service and I will recommend Dan from Ark Surveyors to everyone.

We paid for a Level 2 survey that has been unhelpful and caused unnecessary frustration and concern. I had several areas Dan raised in his report investigated further by other companies and all further reports came back showing no issues, every company has been at a loss as to why Dan flagged these 'problems' in the first place. Originally very helpful with my additional questions but felt he became irritable and impatient. Report was also full of grammar and spelling mistakes. AVOID this company if you don't want to waste your money

Very thorough and detailed survey. I was happy with the fact that I was called on the day of the survey to make me aware of the more problematic areas to be considered prior to completion of purchase. This allowed me to start rectifying issues quicker than waiting for the full report, which was incredibly detailed to say the least. The photographs that were taken were also useful as this allowed me to fully understand the report better and see the issues that had been flagged. Top work.

Dan was highly recommended by a friend to conduct a homebuyer survey and I was not disappointed. The process for the quote, appointment and report was quick and very straightforward. After the appointment Dan followed up straight away to provide high level feedback, with a very detailed report sent soon after. I received quotes for level 2 and 3 surveys very quickly. The prices were fair and I initially spoke to Dan for advice on which one to opt for. I decided on the level 3 survey, which was arranged within a couple of working days and it only took a further couple of days to receive the survey back (1 week in total). Dan completed a detailed report to a comprehensive standard. Following this Dan took the time out to go through the survey with me and discuss the main issues identified over the phone. He answered any questions I had and gave honest and brilliant advice to help me move forward. Overall, I was very pleased with the efficient level of service and have already recommended them to a family member.
