Now I found another flat, and they arranged a building inspection. I got his report within a week. The report was very detailed and satisfactory.

Very happy with Peter Barry Surveyors. Professional throughout, very thorough work and no hidden costs. The price is a bit higher than the cheapest you can get around the area, but it's worth it for the quality work. Used them twice for surveying two purchases (one of which fell through) in the Walthamstow area.

I can strongly recommend the services of Peter Barry; I had a very positive experience with them. They conducted a Level 3 Building Survey of a home we're in the process of purchasing, which was extremely rigorous and well reported. The surveyor in question, Shaun, was very generous with his time on the phone afterwards to discuss some of the suggested repairs, and it's clear that the survey will help us push for a price reduction to compensate for repairs. Thanks to Peter Barry and to Shaun in particular for an excellent service, done professionally and efficiently.
