I thoroughly recommend Surveyor Sorted for their professionalism and thorough L2 surveys. Ashleigh is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and gave me incredible insight into the property whilst ensuring I understood the key details concerning the property's maintenance. I caught up with Ashleigh weeks after he had performed the review and was amazed how well he remembered the property you would have thought he had visited it the day before, that shows the level of precision he applied to his review and diligence he applies to his work. Kosi is always fantastic and reactive when communicating with the firm, I cannot recommend them enough. Ade.

Great experience with Surveyor Sorted! We had prompt communication with our surveyor, who conducted a level 3 survey for a house we were considering. The report was very detailed and even after we received it, we still had multiple back-and-forth discussions with the surveyor, who answered all of our questions. We will be using Surveyor Sorted again in the future.

I had a great experience with a survey on a flat I was trying to purchase. The survey report was very detailed, and the surveyor Chuks was responsive to the questions I had afterwards also. Thanks a lot!

This is a very good firm, up until the point you pay them. Once you do, they can be quite aloof, tend not to answer calls, or respond to emails and chasers, and not actually do what they say they will when they say they will do so. The quality of the report is satisfactory, but if it's incomplete, getting it complete can be a real pain, as by this point the firm already have your money and so there's no real incentive for them to do any more. If you're working to a tight timeline and need professional efficiency, it's best to look elsewhere, based on my experience, I just cannot recommend them.

Had a building survey done prior to purchasing a Victorian house; the report seemed thorough although once I purchased the house and moved in, I found out a lot of things that should have come out of the report, such as several leaks (some of them caused wood damage that they should have definitely been picked up on). I sent an email to complain and request a refund, due to the fact that the leak was old (definitely was there at the time of the report) and was responded that they are only responsible for what's visible without having to move any "obstacles''. I replied back saying that it was indeed visible, was not responded to. Two windows were also broken and did not close at all, but their answer was that they do not check windows. It makes absolutely no sense to spend 400 and more pounds to have a building survey report where what's actually damaged or broken is not pointed at.

Just completed on a purchase in East London, in which I instructed Surveyor Sorted for an RICS Level 3 Survey. They had availability the same week, and turned my report around in an impressive 4 days. More impressively was the estimations of cost section they included, which helped us negotiate even more on our original offer. Would 100% recommend Kosi & the team

Surveyor Sorted were good to work with & very responsive. As it was our first house purchase, it was a relief to have an easy survey experience. They were also on hand to aid with questions we had on the report, as well as advise on other issues around the area and property. Would recommend this company for an efficient & helpful service.

Their survey report is easy to understand, comparing with the samples of other surveyors, you will find that they illustrate the urgency of the things you need to attend by different ratings/categories. They also put up the expected costs in any replacement/repairs so that you can have the general idea to further negotiate with the sellers if necessary. Actually, survey reports don't need very long and complicated paragraphs, just get to the points, it can be presentable and understandable by other entities like lawyers, property selling agents, they won't have much time to review reports in details in reality. They are quite efficient to do the survey and complete the reports. Highly recommend! (I read a lot survey reports of commercial/industrial property for my jobs, although seldom to read residential property, they did a good job)
