Could not have been easier! I contacted Craig who recommended a level 2 for my survey (could have easily oversold to me). I put him in touch with the estate agent to arrange access to the property, which he arranged himself. Then a full scale report was sent to me no more than a couple of days after the survey was conducted. Craig answered all my questions when I had some and payment was made really easy with a link via email. The whole process was so easy, could not recommend highly enough. Thank you Craig and team.

Couldn't recommend Luke and the team enough. My wife and I are purchasing a 1920s property that needs a fair bit of work and only now that we've had SWL's survey report and a follow-up phone consultation with Luke do we feel confident in the repairs and rough costs to know if we want to go ahead with the purchase or not. We're not builders or tradespeople so having that follow-up call was really helpful to give us the context for some of the main findings of the survey report. SWL also seem to have reasonable prices compared with other surveyors, but with absolutely no sacrifice on service. 10/10

We want to extend our sincere thanks to South West London Surveyors for an excellent service from start to finish. We opted for a level 2 Homebuyer Report with Valuation, which was worth every penny. Luke is extremely thorough, so you will be left with a very comprehensive report with no expensive surprises later on down the track. Tina is also very helpful, and quick to respond to any queries. We highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again in the future.
