Hired Junkwize to dispose of my old sofa and a mattress. The two men that came were polite, quick and removed my items with my hassle. I would use this company again.
Fantastic service. Swift quote and booking. I was kept informed via phone and email about arrival time. Ultimately, super friendly and helpful staff (Batram and his co worker) and job done in a flash. Highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Junkwize. We had arranged for them to collect old sofas from our apartment on Monday, with a time slot between 8 am and 1 pm. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a nightmare.
Despite being at home the entire time, their operative never rang our doorbell. Our apartment is equipped with a camera doorbell that records every motion and interaction, and there is no evidence that anyone from Junkwize ever approached our door. The main entrance to our building is easily accessible, and if they had simply dialled our flat number, the door would have opened automatically. However, they failed to do so and instead tried to claim that no one answered the doorbell, which is an outright lie.
To make matters worse, when we tried to resolve the issue with their customer service, we were met with rude and disrespectful behaviour. The staff, particularly Nushra Clapson, the Transport Coordinator, offered no solutions and instead blamed us for their incompetence. They even had the audacity to charge us a £90 "wasted journey" fee, despite their failure to follow basic procedures.
In their email responses, Junkwize repeatedly lied, claiming that we said the doorbell was quiet, which is completely untrue. Our camera footage proves that no one from their team ever attempted to ring our doorbell or enter the building. Their dishonesty and lack of professionalism are appalling.
This is nothing short of robbery, and I strongly advise anyone considering Junkwize to stay far away. They failed to provide the service we paid for and then tried to charge us for their own mistakes. This company is untrustworthy, and their customer service is disgraceful.
Save yourself the headache and choose a company that actually respects its customers. Junkwize is a complete scam.

The Junkwize team made quick work of my large collection of broken down fence pieces, wood, boards and rubble!
The team members were friendly, polite, well spoken and efficient.
The collection area is now clear and well swept! Not even a splinter in sight!
I was kept up to date at every stage via email and contacted immediately by phone about a potential hazard, by a well informed and understanding member of the office team! thankfully it was not the hazardous older version of the identified item and everything continued smoothly.
Really good service on all fronts, very happy I used junkwize and hope to again in the future.

Great service, on time and very friendly. Great communication. Andrei and his colleague were amazing, worked fast and very helpful. I will definitely use Junkwize again in the future. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!! Thank you again.
