Stainless steel furniture snapped in half on Friday afternoon, Luke welded it back together on Saturday morning, stronger than before. Punctual, polite, professional, very knowledgeable. No fuss. Excellent service, definitely use LMW again. I couldn’t be happier.
Luke has let me down. The welding he did a month ago on my cargo bike has failed already, putting my safety at risk. He was meant to return yesterday (after cancelling the day before) to fix the job but he was a no show and has not responded to any of my messages. I’m out of pocket £200 and am now having to find someone else who can do the job properly.
An update : 05/01 I have just been threatened with physical violence over the phone by Luke because of the review I left. This is the message from him that prompted the phone call:

Now I've seen your Google review I think you're taking the piss..
No.1 ...no repair is ever covered by a gareentee how can I garentee something you haven't already broke I can only repair not replace ..
I was quite happy to repair for nothing until I see your nasty comments.... listen up I never put you or anyone else in danger..I won't be touching your bike...if you want to talk about it I'll get there for 11am and we can have a chat...

My bed frame was 5cm too long to fit in the desired place in my small room, I called London Mobile Welding and the came literally next day! Luke gave a great service and I now have more space in my room. Quality service ?? I would definitely use again for any other difficult items ? Thank you ?
