Very professional and thorough service. The engineer, Lee , was extremely pleasant and very respectful of the property and attentive to every detail. He even changed the alarm covers outside the property as they had become faded and dull.
Good and polite service, we have used Active Security for our installs and maintenance and have always been happy with the service and communication, Marcus was very helpful and sorted a few issues with professionalism, would highly recommend.

Rob came to fix our alarm fault and was excellent in providing options either to replace one or all the now ageing sensors, including cost implications. He gave helpful advice on using the alarm, what to do if a door sensor malfunctioned to set the alarm before getting it replaced. Also other helpful advice on our system, so a fully comprehensive service. Above and beyond visits from other engineers. He was very professional and the best engineer to visit thus far. We will be asking for him again.

Excellent service as always. Rob M was on time, courteous, patient and made sure he spent the time to explain what the potential problem was and how it was going to be addressed. Active Security have always been excellent value for money, attentive and consultative. Highly recommend.

Just had the annual service on our alarm system from Active. We have had it a year now and have always found their service to be excellent. Response to a problem is always prompt, including one when we were abroad. Engineers are all very knowledgeable and capable. Highly recommended.
