I recently had my kitchen fitted by Affordable & Stylish, a locally owned family business in Chorlton. This was recommended to me by a work colleague, and am greatful for that recommendation. A professional and knoweldgable team, they did a fantastic job as can be seen by the photoes. Sharon, the designer teased out the concept that I couldn't imagine and brought it to reality with a stunning 3D plan. From there, it was over to Sue, the co-ordinator and owner of the business. She was amazing in pulling together, like a jigsaw, all of the relevant craftsman to execute the transformation of my dream kitchen. Sue kept me updated on when various jobs would be completed and any changes necessary. This was the key to the operation and helped to reassure me that everything was running smoothly. All of the tradesmen were brilliant and professional and talked me through the process. In particular, Nathan, the electrician who put in a new circuit and introduced me to Hive thermostat for my boiler, ?. The whole team at the office were fantastic anytime I rang up or popped in and were very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this company for a professional and dedicated job ?

I’ve recently bought some kitchen appliances which were such good value compared to high street companies..but what made me write a review was the service from Sue and her lovely team. Her grandson was so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy! The guys who delivered the appliances.. checking in with me for delivery and Sue herself saved the day when I needed to buy a sink urgently!! She was brilliant! X We need to keep small businesses like A&S going… highly recommend! Xx

We bought a Bosch fridge freezer from A&S. Sue and her colleague were helpful; we found what we wanted; it felt much better buying from a local showroom, with advice, than online; it was cheaper than from Currys, Amazon or John Lewis; and the chap who delivered, switched the doors round, and took our old fridge away was helpful and efficient. What's not to like!

Ordinarily, I don't leave reviews or recommendations in case someone has a different experience than myself. On this occasion, however, I feel compelled to highly recommend this outlet. In brief, like most people, I would ordinarily have gone to a high street department store. I have walked past this shop on many occasions. So when my fridge/freezer suddenly packed up, I thought I would give it a try. To my great surprise, the prices, compared to the high street retailers, were comparable. Affordable & Stylish is apparently a family run business, and in my opinion, these businesses need to survive. I spoke to a lady called Sue. She was excellent, giving me unbiased recommendations for what I needed. There was no hard sell or pressure of any sort. I went ahead with my purchase and was given a fast delivery date. The two delivery men (sadly, I didn't get their names) kept me informed by phone calls, not text, as to when they expected to arrive. They arrived on time and were very polite and friendly. They unpacked the fridge freezer in the back of their van, as it started to rain, and within literally a minute, it was sitting proudly in my kitchen. They then took away my old fridge/freezer, taking great care, even though it was broken and going to be scrapped. Overall, it was a very pleasing shopping experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop. If nothing else, try them before buying from elsewhere. Let's all help these family-friendly businesses. Whenever I need anything electrical, this will be the first place I go.

From the onset, all the people who we met at A and S were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Adele and Ted helped us to choose and design our new kitchen. They made excellent suggestions and had infinite patience when we sometimes struggled to make decisions. Sue was brilliant with recommendations for white goods and the prices were competitive. Karl, the fitter, was fantastic. He worked diligently and nothing was too much trouble. He understood our needs and was very pleasant to have around. The whole experience with this family business was positive from start to finish. I would recommend without hesitation.

Our kitchen was installed by A&S 18 years ago. From general wear and tear the integrated washing machine door had come off and a couple of the doors had dropped slightly.The remainder of the Kitchen still looked like brand new. Steve came round and rehung the door and realigned the other doors. Steve was professional, polite and proficient. I am very happy with the end result. Many thanks Steve.
