Exceptional, goes above and beyond. I gave Ged A phone call over the weekend to enquire about his services. He patiently explained and understood my My situation over 15 minutes. I followed up with an email he kindly asked and he quickly called back to clarify a few things. He was able to carry out the snagging inspection in my Manchester new-built property after just a couple of days, and was very detail-oriented throughout the process. He also shared his insights as to how to best handle the spotted issues with multiple parties. Based on the strict requirements of the developer, there was a strict time window to report the issues. In the morning after the afternoon that he completed his, Ged was able to send the reports through with some key issues highlighted within the email. He also answered some of my follow questions over the phone straight after. As someone quite picky and meticulous myself , I'm beyond happy to recommend his services to anyone.
