We have used Aquarius for a pergola and then recently a lantern blind. We are extremely happy with both. The team has been very helpful and patient as we have considered different options and changed our minds quite a few times before placing our final order and then they have been quick and efficient in the installation process. I couldn't praise them enough !

Working with Aquarius Blinds has been a fantastic experience! They communicated really well throughout and were friendly and polite during the installation. They supplied a Markilux 7800 single exterior blind which was 5 metres x 3.5 metres and took 2 hours to fit!
We couldn’t have asked for more.

Every now and then, you get a company that just stands out from the crowd, Due to their long history of fitting Blinds and Awnings, alongside their unmatched expertise, Aquarius is that company in this field.
I've written my experience below, but if you want the headline I'd say:
If you are even just considering blinds / awnings, but want to discuss it with an actual expert, phone Acquarius, it will be immdiately apparent why.
For my wall of text experience:
I can say without a shadow of a doubt, Aquarius are the company for Blinds and Awnings within the Surrey, Sussex and London area. I recently moved in to my mums house to help her out as she is elderly.
Her awning is really important to her, and she was upset that it had stopped working. I know nothing on the subject so I phoned every 'Blinds and Awnings' company within the surrounding area, moving outwards in radius, incrementaly.
I'd probably phoned 10-15 companies to see if they could fix it, but the answer was always 'no', even from the company we purchased it from. Generally I was passed about between sales and/or customer service people who didn't seem to have a working technical knowledge of Awnings themselves.
The next company on the list was Aquarius, and it was as if I was phoning a different industry. I was immediately directed to Andrew, who has over 15 years experience fitting/fixing them, and he immediately recognised what the issue was. From my terrible explanation of the problem, he could immediately tell me what the issue was.
He was happy to send one of his experts down, but he knew that the issue would be with the power switch. He spent 15 minutes with me walking me through the problem, rather than charging us to send a technician (who would just flip the switch and be done).
After a second call i found it, and the issue was resolved, without a charge, thanks to Andrew spending a total of 20+ minutes on the phone.
Ironically the last two times prior, the electrician or gas man literally did come into the house, flip a switch, then leave with their fee.
It is extremely rare to find someone who can identify in seconds what the issue is over the phone, and even rarer that they do it without charge. Aquarius success is generated by their reputation, and now I know why.
If i decide to keep my flat in london, they'll be doing the eletrical blinds i've been meaning to buy.

I had one awning and wished to add two more to my house. I was not happy with the previous provider so when I saw Aquarius install new awnings nearby I checked with the home owner how they had performed. My experience has been the same as my neighbours. Aquarius were professional efficient, and friendly. I am very pleased with the installations.

Had a great service from Aquaris Blinds, I would recommend them. Fitters Luke and Christian did a great job. The best price with a 5 year warranty. Another Markilux dealer only offered 2 years warranty. Keep up the good work.

It has been great returning to you repeatedly over the past 16 years, you have always provided exceptional service.
