Not a good experience with this company unfortunately.
I ordered the Verde Guatemala marble tiles custom cut in Honed finish as I was really blown away by the quality of the sample I'd received. What was delivered to me were boxes of marble tiles that had not been finished properly. You can tell in the image by the clarity (centre is the sample, 2 larger tiles on either side from different boxes are milky and powdery looking which indicates they hadn't been ground back enough to get the clarity you'd expect from a finish).
Numerous emails and attempts to resolve this with the company went nowhere, and I was told several times "just tile them and we're sure you'll love them" or "expect some variation with marble". I responded to them that I work in arts production, and work with marble fabricators as part of my work, so I can tell the difference between raw cuts, honed and polished finishes, and what types of variation to expect. The tiles I received are somewhere between a raw cut and badly done honed finish. Now I'm out over £400 for lack-lustre looking tiles I'll have to pay extra to someone to come and finish properly after my last email was never responded to. Not very happy.

Many thanks to Evrim and the team at Authentic Stone. They have been so helpful over the last few months, keeping me supplied with cappuccino marble tiles. The last batch of tiles had to be ordered from Turkey, as I had used up all of the previous stock. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have renovated two bathrooms and authentic stone have supplied me the marble. Not only the price and quality were amazing, also the owner was such a friendly person. they helped me with everything from choosing the marble to all bits and pieces I needed. later, when I needed few more bits, they were super helpful and supplied what I needed. the result was two very good-looking bathroom. I strongly recommend authentic stone. whatever you need they will organize it for you.

Avrim was a joy to do business with. I described the colour and how I wanted the marble to look, not with too much light or pale veining in the piece. Avrim. sent videos of the piece my marble top would be made of. It was exactly how I wanted it to look. Beautuful piece and fits nicely on my dining room table. The price was more than reasonable as I had got different quotes from different companies and I went with Authentic stone because of their excellent reviews and customer service. I would 100% recommend this business and Avrim to anyone wanting authentic marble pieces. I would definitely use again in the future. Thank you Avrim and your team

We were looking to source something really special in marble for our large loft bathroom. We went to various places but couldn't quite find what we were looking for until we found Authentic stone. From the moment we walked in they were friendly, helpful, and very competitively priced. The service we received was always very professional and they kept us updated with delivery times at all times.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting that something special for their home/business.
