Always polite, knowledgeable and helpful, cut to my requirements which saves masses of time at home. Certainly recommend.
I would so love to give NYT 5 stars but the website is pants. I wanted to check to see if they did trellis. I've just been looking at the JT Atkinson website which is NYT's competition and they've got all the choices of trellis complete with measurements and prices. NYT have "Garden and Landscaping" section on the menu, you click on it and you then get offered a choice of 9 options from decking to fencing timbers. So you take a chance and go to "fence panels". Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand............. nothing. So it's a waste of time. No listing, no prices, no measurements. So you ring up and you're irritated as you can't get any online information never mind place an order via a laptop. So rather than get irritated I'll just order from JT Atkinson. Easy, job done. And I don't have to deal with a business which is called North Yorkshire Timber online but is called something completely different when you actually go looking for it. Anyone who doesn't know this may end up spending half an hour driving around.

The glowing light at NY timber Northallerton was Karen. Who was so helpful she couldnt of possibly done any more to help us apart from fitting the part..lol.
Karen is a credit to this company.many thanks for your much needed help.
