Not sure if it’s the norm now but I needed a eicr certificate on one of my properties and they asked for the whole amount upfront without even attending the house, I could of probably understood a small percentage or the whole amount once on site.

We called at approx. 9.30PM and Israr arrived around 1 hour later and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. They give you a fixed price before coming out so there is no misleading with pricing. In summary, an excellent, professional and friendly service at a great price with nothing too much trouble from two genuinely nice guys (Israr & Nasir). Five stars is not enough! Strongly recommended having completed such a large job to perfection with courtesy and standards sadly lacking these days from most. An absolute pleasure to deal with in every way. I was having a swimming pool installed and was let down by the electrician at the last minute. After frantically calling every electrician I could find I was going nowhere and in serious danger of being derailed. I then got hold of Urgent Electrical Services and Israr & Nasir came over that afternoon. Needless to say, this wasn't a simple job as it required a new spur off the main junction box, amored cabling brought through the wall, wrapped round the back of the house and then trenched to the new pool house, a new junction box, laying and connection to the pool lighting, spa jet motor and a new run of outdoor lighting together with all the connections to the boiler, filtration plant and everything else involved in a pool plant room. They were brilliant and had past experience with a commercial swimming pool, so knew what they were doing from the off. I did a short summary above (as this is often the only thing people read) but have to say again they were highly professional, extremely friendly and courteous, meticulously tidy in their work and stuck to their original quote despite many things taking much longer than anticipated. They even sorted a couple of lighting issues in the house whilst the were here. I will never use anyone else for electrical work and the photo's I have uploaded only show the surface of their work, everything else is hidden or in the pool house plant room.
