Great service form start to finish. Guys on site had a really good 'can do' attitude and no issue with teh overgrown site was too much for them to resolve. Rapid turn around of the report.

Regularly use Survey Hub to produce Land Registry compliant plans for leases and property legals. Always a fast, accurate, friendly, approachable and professional service from all of the team. It is so easy and quick to get the results I'm after with Survey Hub, I never consider going elsewhere for this type of work now!

Instructed SurveyHub to do a Land Registry Compliant Plan of a divided title. Young surveyor who arrived got the PPP, prompt, professional, pleasant, have had to make two amendments to the plan, my fault not theirs, amendments were made promptly, no fuss. Happy with the service.

Recently went to the Homebuilding and Renovating Show at the NEC, and one of the talks suggested a good first step to any major project was a Measured Survey of the current state. Having looked around for someone online, and sending off a few emails, Survey Hub responded as very near the same cost as another potential supplier, but had the advantage of being local. After a few more emails to organise the job, a date was booked for a topographical survey of the plot, floor plans and elevations. On the day, two surveyors turned up, on time, and quickly got to work. Both were efficient, pleasant, and didn't cause any mess or trouble. They were done in about 6 hours and said they'd get the plans drawn up in the next few days. A week later I had email that plans were ready for delivery. After settling the invoice I was quickly sent PDFs and DWG drawings, as expected. Quality was spot on, and exactly what we discussed and was needed. Couldn't be happier. Great service and results.

We instruct Michael regularly to undertake EPCs, providing an excellent value for money service which is consistently completed well within our required timescales. He's not too hard on the eye either.
