We have been using capcool for all our needs in at the shop, they have installed our air conditioners, walk-in freezer rooms and cold rooms. They carry out all our yearly services and maintenance. Very quick turn around times and their team is great, very easy to talk to and we always have a good laugh, would highly highly recommend using capcool.

I was up against a tight deadline to remove and dispose of an old air-con unit on the roof of my building. (The deadline was the imminent removal of the scaffolding which gave access.)
CapCool were incredibly flexible in scheduling, and utterly professional in the work. They arrived on the dot, surveyed the site, explained the work, and completed the job with no fuss and the minimum of mess. They took photos for my reference, and explained what they had done.
It's always hard to know who to trust online, but I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Fantastic installation of AC unit , very professional company . Will use again , clearly explained all operations , also connected AC to my mobile phone for easy access , within 3 hours all was set up , definately will use again .

From start to finish, I received amazing service from this company! Especially Mo, he was brilliant, and any stress I had, he would calmly tell me to not worry about it and that he’ll manage it. The team get the job done! On-site survey booked within a week, then the installation took place the week after. Office staff super nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Installation engineers are very professional and knowledgeable. The whole installation took only 3 hours and no mess was left in my flat! The job is beautifully done both inside and outside. Now I can’t wait for the summer! If you live in a new flat building and want to have cool summer, this is the company to go to. I have been turned down by so many other companies who “does not do new block flat”. Just make sure you have the proper permission before contacting them.

The team at Capcool we’re brilliant. I needed split a/c units in two of my bedrooms, and the loft bedroom had limitations in terms of placement. The team recommended a modern unit which would mount on the wall under the skylight opening and didn’t require any visible ducts in the room. The other businesses that provided quotes said the only way to install in the loft bedroom was to run horrible looking conduits along the inside wall.
Hats off to the Capcool team for listening to my needs and recommending the perfect fit. The loft unit took a while to get from Panasonic, but once it arrived the team called to arrange installation the next day. The installation team worked quickly and in just a few hours the units were fitted, they cleaned up and they left absolutely no trace they had even been there - apart from the blasts of cold air coming out of the a/c in the two bedrooms.
Communication with the team was excellent and it was a breeze to sort initial and final payments and view my invoice via their safe, online platform.
If the weather keeps up like this for too much longer, I will have to get them back to fit units for the ground floor.

We had multizone AC system installed into our loft from CapCool. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went. They were very tidy and organized and did the whole job to high standard. They also helped to figure out the right solution for us. I can definitely recommend this company.
