Well even though tye visit was brief and I only bought two items, only encountered with 1 member of staff, it was alright . ?
After purchasing tye items and went outside, had a question, went back inside and asked and he was truthful and gave me important to note information
Pathetic customer service what a rip off..
Bought gu10 asked for day light first they gave me the wrong one went back to exchange them. They asked me to pay £6 extra for the carriage where I picked up the bulbs my self from the store .

Just called the Peterborough branch as stuck for the awkward switches required, helped me out with the relevant part no.s to order online. Thanks for your help.
